PatriciaWOOLRICH('Pat') Patricia passed away peacefully with her loving family surrounding her in Leighton Hospital aged 76 years.

Pat will be forever loved and missed by all her family and friends.

A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held on Thursday 16th April 2026 at 12:15pm at Crewe Crematorium Chapel.

Donations in memory of Pat will be gratefully received for St Luke's Hospice.
